However, it is important to note that Rash Detector is NOT a diagnostic tool and should NOT be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While the app can provide general observations and recommendations based on the information you provide, it is crucial to consult with a qualified healthcare professional, such as a dermatologist, for an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. If you experience any discomfort, unusual changes, or concerning symptoms related to your rash—such as persistent irritation, severe itching, pain, spreading, or infection—we strongly recommend seeking immediate medical attention.

Please use Rash Detector responsibly as a supplemental tool for raising awareness about your skin health. For a comprehensive assessment and care, always rely on professional medical guidance in conjunction with the insights provided by the app and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your actions while using the App on mobile or website. You agree not to:

• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the App to collect or store personal information about others without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or its servers.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of our App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for reports and any applicable taxes.
• Refunds: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality:

• Supabase: Used for authentication and secure data storage.
• OpenAI: Utilized for analyzing the images you upload to generate personalized reports.
• Stripe: Handles payment processing securely for the website. Payments on mobile are processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Cloudflare & Render: Provides secure and reliable hosting services for the website.

Please review the privacy policies of these third-party providers to understand their data handling practices.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Image Deletion: Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after analysis.
• Report Deletion: You have full control to delete your reports within the App at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data, including reports and personal information, through the App. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of I Lov Guitars Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Lov Guitars Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content provided in the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we deem harmful to our services or users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. If we make any material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the App before the changes become effective.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
